Here at Emersion, medical injection molding comes with the price in the open — instant CAD quotes with DFM feedback, and then we carry the part the rest of the way: precision tooling and molding, subassembly and final device assembly, cleanroom kitting and packaging, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, full ISO 13485 documentation, and vendor-managed inventory. It’s one end-to-end path from CAD file to ship-ready, labeled and packaged product — all under one roof. Upload a CAD file for a custom quote, or order stocked ISO 80369 components straight from the catalog.

Supply you can plan around.

For repeat parts, our VMI programs hold up to ~6 months of qualified buffer and release it just-in-time, sized to your forecast — fewer stockouts, less cash tied up in parts, one contact through the run.

No account. No NDA. No minimum just to see a price.

Watch a quote happen.

The same engine behind our quote page — a CAD file goes in, the geometry is read, and a per-unit price comes out. No estimator in the loop.

FAQ.

How fast do I get a quote?

Instantly. Upload a CAD file, set material, cavities, and annual volume on the quote form, and you get a priced quote on the spot — nothing waits on an estimator. Final approval follows a quick verification of your part.

Do custom quotes include DFM feedback?

Yes. Every instant CAD quote returns a DFM snapshot — estimated wall thickness, suggested cavitation, cycle time, tooling class, and material & sterilization notes. A full DFM review then confirms the part before any tooling is cut.

Are your connectors ISO 80369 compliant?

Yes. Our luer and small-bore connectors are molded to the ISO 80369 small-bore connector standards (80369-7 luer, 80369-3 enteral / ENFit), held to tight, repeatable tolerances lot to lot under an ISO 13485 quality system.

What materials can you mold?

Commodity through high-performance medical thermoplastics — PP, HDPE/LDPE, ABS, PC, PVC, nylon, POM, PETG, TPU/TPE — plus PEEK, PEI (Ultem), PPSU (Radel), COC/COP, and LSR, including medical and implant grades on request.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes — request free samples on any catalog component and we ship a representative part so you can verify fit and finish before you commit to volume.

What’s the minimum order?

No minimum just to see a price — every catalog part is priced on the page. For production, standard MOQ is 24,000 units; custom molded parts are quoted from your annual volume, and higher volume sharpens the per-unit price.

What’s the “first mold free” offer?

On a signed supply agreement we cover your first production mold. Production tooling typically runs $20–60k, so it removes the biggest upfront cost of switching suppliers.

What quality and validation can you provide?

First Article Inspection, IQ/OQ/PQ process validation, material certs (CoC/CoA), inspection reports, and lot traceability — the component records that feed your DMR, organized for audit. (The DMR itself stays yours.)

Can you hold inventory for us?

Yes — vendor-managed inventory with just-in-time release, plus warehousing and just-in-time delivery, so you cut stockouts and carrying cost.
